Beef Barbacoa Slow Cook Sauce- Making dinner easy

Tender, juicy beef cooked to perfection with onions, Barbacoa Sauce, and beer or water in a slow cooker.

Quick recipe- You will need 2.5 lbs. beef chuck roast (cubed), 1 medium onion, thickly sliced, and ½ bottle WD Barbacoa Sauce. In a slow cooker sear beef on all sides in 2 tablespoons oil. Add onion, sauce, and ½ cup beer or water. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs until meat is fork tender. Remove the meat and shred then return it to the pot with the cooking juices. Serve with warm tortillas, chopped cilantro, and Pico de Gallo. Delicious!

Ingredients include fire-roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, cider vinegar, chipotle sauce, and ancho chili; free of fat and cholesterol.
